Darrell Sheppard provided us excellent customer service. He clearly explained the condition of our lift and provided a detailed estimation of what needed to be done. He then ordered the parts and returned to provide the needed maintenance. We will use him and his knowledge of lifts in the future. Great service!

Our Ogden technician is Mr. Roland. He is honest, hard working and he does anything he can to keep our operation running. We have 20 plus lifts and use them for a variety of tasks.. unfortunately we need daily repairs and maintenance however this does not slow our operation as he stays on top of maintenance repairs and pms. We are truly grateful to have Roland as our technician.

Robert Powel is a very knowledgeable technician and understanding the need for keeping our aging fleet running. We are able to contact Robert directly and receive a Quick response reducing equipment down. Robert communicates issue with our fleet and provides Safe and cost-effective way to keep our equipment running.

Ogden has provided the lifts and service for our Atlanta location for a few years now, and is the most responsive and knowledgeable provider of any of our markets. Preston provides quick sales quotes and understands which lifts best meet our needs. Ogden's service techs have quickly helped us when needed (same day) and their prices are always excellent for such prompt service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needed lifts or service.

There is no question Darrell Sheppard is the most efficient and thorough service tech I have had the pleasure of working with in many years. Had a minor issue on a previous service when we first started using Ogden but Mr. Sheppard was outstanding in working that out when he began doing our service. The only problem I see with Darrell is at some point he is going to retire !! Oh no? His teaching skills would be outstanding. This is no doubt this is what I consider the Top of the Line in mechanical and technical ability. Ogden employees if given the chance to learn from him should take that opportunity. Take care of this fellow as he is one of only a select few that do their jobs as well as he does.

Donny is an excellent tech. He is knowledgeable and extremely personable. He doesn't rush and takes the time to do things right. He doesn't shortcut and explains things before he does them if it's outside of the norm. I'm always comfortable wherever he comes by because I know he's honest.
